Ben Vojtisek is the Principal Partner at BJV Accountants, bringing over 25 years of comprehensive public practice experience in the accounting and finance industry for small, medium and large businesses. As the driving force behind the firm, Ben specialises in strategic planning, tax advisory and business consulting. He is also a leader in the Self Managed Superannuation Fund space. Ben has successfully guided numerous businesses to achieve their financial goals and understands no two clients are the same. He is an associate of the IPA and holds a degree in Business/Accounting from RMIT University. Ben's innovative approach and dedication to excellence have made him a key leader in the firm and a trusted advisor to clients.

Laura Vojtisek

As a Partner and Senior Accountant at BJV Accountants, Laura brings over 25 years of experience to her role. Her leadership is instrumental in the firm, with a particular emphasis on supporting women-led businesses. Laura’s passion for empowering female entrepreneurs through business coaching, financial advice and support is central to her work. She holds a Commerce Degree from La Trobe University and has received numerous accolades, including 2018 SMSF & Accounting Awards for Partner of the Year, Professional of the Year (Metro), and Advisor Excellence Awards. Additionally, Laura was recognised as one of the Top 50 Women in Accounting in 2018 and was a finalist for Accountant of the Year at the Women in Finance Awards in 2019. Laura’s extensive experience and passion make her an invaluable asset to both the firm and its clients.
